About the role Join the team at City Sider Motel as our Motel Operations Manager. This full-time role in Tamworth, NSW will see you responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our well-established motel. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the business and contributing to its continued success. What you’ll be doing Managing the motel’s front office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest relations
Overseeing the housekeeping and maintenance team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
Monitoring inventory and placing orders for supplies as needed
Effectively managing staffing, rostering, and training to ensure excellent service delivery
Analysing booking data and occupancy rates to identify opportunities for improvement
Addressing customer feedback and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
