All users—job seekers, employers, and companies—must follow these rules to maintain a safe, professional, and trustworthy environment.

1. Purpose of the Community
The Safety Job exists to support:

Any behavior that undermines these goals may result in moderation or account action.

 

2. General Conduct Expectations
All users must:

  • Use the Platform for legitimate employment and networking purposes

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is not tolerated.

 

3. Job Posting Standards
Employers must ensure all job postings:

  • Comply with employment laws and safety regulations
  • Do not contain misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information
  • Do not promote unsafe, illegal, or unethical work practices

Prohibited job postings include:

  • Multi‑level marketing or commission‑only roles disguised as employment
  • Non‑job opportunities (e.g., “business opportunities,” “work from home schemes”)
  • Roles requiring illegal activity or unsafe conditions

 

4. Resume and Profile Standards
Job seekers must ensure that resumes and profiles:

  • Contain truthful and accurate information
  • Do not impersonate another person
  • Do not include sensitive personal data not required for employment (e.g., SSN)
  • Do not include copyrighted material without permission

Resumes may be removed if they contain inappropriate content or violate these guidelines.

 

5. Company Profile Expectations
Companies must:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Represent their brand truthfully
  • Avoid misleading claims about size, culture, or operations
  • Use logos and branding they own or have rights to use

Fake or misrepresented company profiles will be removed.

 

6. Social Networking & Activity Feed Rules
The Safety Job includes social features such as posts, comments, likes, and follows. Users must not post:

  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Discriminatory or inflammatory content
  • Unsafe or harmful advice
  • Spam, self‑promotion, or irrelevant advertising
  • False or misleading safety information
  • Graphic content involving injuries, accidents, or violence

Acceptable content includes:

  • Professional discussions
  • Safety tips and best practices
  • Industry news
  • Career advice
  • Company updates

 

7. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited across the Platform:

  • Illegal activity
  • Fraudulent or deceptive information
  • Malware, phishing, or harmful links
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • Political campaigning or unrelated activism
  • Personal attacks or doxxing
  • Copyrighted material without permission

 

8. Safety Expectations
Because The Safety Job focuses on workplace safety, users must:

  • Avoid sharing unsafe or unverified safety practices
  • Avoid giving legal or regulatory advice unless qualified
  • Not encourage behavior that violates OSHA or other safety standards

Content that could cause harm may be removed.

 

9. Reporting Violations
Users can report:

  • Inappropriate posts or comments
  • Fraudulent job listings
  • Misleading company profiles
  • Harassment or abusive behavior

Reports are reviewed by Tonge Empire, LLC. Not all moderation actions will be publicly visible.

 

10. Enforcement Actions
Violations of these guidelines may result in:

Content removal

  • Temporary account restrictions
  • Permanent account suspension
  • Removal of job postings or company profiles

Severe or repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban.

 

11. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact support to request a review. Decisions made after review are final.

 

12. Changes to These Guidelines
Tonge Empire, LLC may update these Community Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated rules.
